This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Services and through our official sales, support, and community channels.
It does not apply to third party websites, apps, or platforms we do not control (for example Discord, Zoom, Google Meet, Notion, Stripe, PayPal). Those third parties have their own privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.
3.1 Information you provide directly
We may collect:
- Contact and account details: name, email address, username/handle, profile information, organization name, billing contact details
- Purchases and transactions: what you purchased, purchase date, transaction identifiers, subscription status, refund and transfer requests
- Payment information: payment processing is handled by third party processors. We typically receive limited payment details (for example last 4 digits, card type, billing country) and transaction confirmation, not full card numbers.
- Community and event participation: messages, posts, comments, files you upload, survey responses, Q and A submissions, support requests, and other content you share in community spaces or during sessions
- Audio, video, and screen sharing: if you join live calls or events that are recorded, we may collect your voice, video, screen share, and chat content, consistent with our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy
- Professional communications: emails, forms, and other communications with our team
- Applications and business inquiries: information you submit when applying to work with us, partner with us, or request services
3.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the Services, we may collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language, pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP (not precise geolocation unless you provide it)
- Cookies and similar technologies: described in Section 9
3.3 Information we receive from others
We may receive information from:
- Payment processors and commerce tools (for example confirmation of payment status, chargebacks, fraud signals)
- Event platforms and community platforms (for example registration status, participation metadata)
- Public sources (for example your public social profile if you tag us or interact publicly)
4. Sensitive information
We do not intentionally collect “sensitive” personal information (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, health data, biometric identifiers, or information revealing race, religion, or sexual orientation) unless you choose to share it.
Please do not share sensitive information in community spaces or live group sessions. If you share sensitive information, you do so at your own discretion.

- Event and community platforms (for example Discord, video meeting platforms)

Your activity in community spaces may be visible to other members depending on the space and your settings. If you post publicly (for example on social media), it may be visible to the public.

We may disclose information to professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) and to regulators, law enforcement, or others when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
7.4 Business transfers

7.5 We do not “sell” personal information

14. Community spaces, recordings, and user generated content
Community spaces and live sessions may involve sharing content with others. Participation is voluntary. You control what you share.
If we record sessions, we handle recordings in line with our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. If you do not want to appear in a recording, keep camera and microphone off and avoid sharing identifying information.
15. AI tools and processing
We may use AI enabled tools to help operate the Services, for example to summarize notes, improve workflows, or support content creation. When we do:
- We aim to minimize personal information sent to such tools
- We do not intentionally submit sensitive personal information unless necessary and appropriate safeguards are in place
- Where applicable, we use provider settings and contracts designed to protect data
You remain responsible for what you share in prompts, uploads, and community spaces.
16. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under the age threshold required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
